Can I return an item?

All sales on Second Wave are final, and returns are not accepted.

If an item doesn’t work out for you, you always have the option to re-list the item for sale on Second Wave.

However, if a seller misrepresented the item, you may request a refund. In this case, you must contact the Second Wave support team within 3 days of receiving the item to report the issue and begin the review process.
