Yes, items must be in wearable condition to be accepted for trade-in.
Minor rips or cosmetic damage may be acceptable. However, items with large stains, significant tears, or damage that makes the garment unwearable will not be accepted.
If an item cannot be accepted for trade-in, we are happy to recycle the garment for you instead.
