You can cancel a sale directly through the Seller Portal.
How It Works
- Log in to your Seller Portal
- Locate the order you’d like to cancel
- Select the option to cancel the sale
Things to Keep in Mind
- Cancellations should be made as soon as possible after the sale
- Once an item has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation
