Depending on how you sold or traded in your item, you may receive one of two types of credit: a gift card or a discount code. Here's how they differ.
Gift Card
If you sold an item through our peer-to-peer marketplace, you'll receive a gift card.
- Can be used across multiple orders
- Stacks with other gift cards or discount codes
- Gift cards will be refunded for returns.
Discount Code
If you traded in an item, you'll receive a discount code.
- One-time use only
- Applied at checkout to reduce your order total
- If you return an order purchased with a discount code, the code itself is not refunded and cannot be reissued
