Why Hasn’t My Tracking Updated?

Shipping Timeline

  • Sellers have up to 6 business days after the sale to ship your item
  • During this time, tracking may not show updates

When Tracking Updates

  • Tracking will begin updating once the package is scanned by USPS
  • This first scan typically happens when the carrier receives the item

What This Means

It’s possible your item is:

  • Still being prepared for shipment
  • In transit to the carrier but not yet scanned
